Do you have the best BBQ recipe in the county? Now is the time to prove yourself. Winding Stairs Festival BBQ and Blues is looking for the best BBQ cooks. On Saturday, August 14, entrants can bring their creations to the Traer Memorial Building. Entries can be dropped off at 12 noon. They MUST bring 25 copies of the recipe to enter to be judged. Judging will begin at 12:30. The public can taste at 1pm for $1 a person. St. Lukes Evangelical Lutheran Church is sponsoring the Cook-off.
