Ladies punch their way to profits for fire dept.

12 participants turned out for the women's self-defense class at North Tama held on January 12. Wes Sebetka, lead instructor, is pictured above (left) presenting a check for $320 to Larry Nachazel, Assistant Chief of the Traer Fire Department. Above right, the class poses for a group photo before learning how to kick some butt. Below, Matt Rausch from Traer Fire Department wore the protective suit so the members of the class could practice the skills learned that day. In addition to the $320 raised for the Traer Fire Department, $100 was given to the Wounded Warrior Project.
