Don & Helen (Madera) Burmeister were married January 20, 1948 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.
They were blessed with three children, Donna (Dick) Kruckenberg of Vinton, Linda (Craig) Anderson of Cedar Rapids, and Gary (Dana) Burmeister of Mt. Auburn; as well as nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
