Cael Kopriva ran for two touchdowns on 65 yards and threw for 96 more, but the Redhawks fell to Denver 63-13 in last Friday's Homecoming contest.

Nick Sierra caught three passes for 32 yards, Caden Stuart grabbed two for 27 yards and Jake Hlas also had three receptions for 28 yards, but the Redhawks were unable to keep pace with the visiting Cyclones.

Kopriva also led the team on the defensive side with 5.5 tackles. Parker Lunde recorded 4.5 tackles and Michael Krienert had four, with Sierra recovering a fumble in the contest.

Stuart was characteristically strong in the punting game, averaging 31.9 yards per punt to minimize the opponent's field position. His longest punt of the evening was 47 yards.

The Redhawks fall to 0-5 on the season and face district heavyweight Gladbrook-Reinbeck (3-2) this Friday on the road before returning to face Hudson in their final home game of the season on Friday, October 9.
