Buckingham Boosters November minutes

The Buckingham Boosters November meeting was held on November 6th, 2016 at 4:30pm. This meeting was hosted by Hailey and Ryley Palmer. Levi Beenken called the meeting to order at 4:38pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mason Hosek. The Roll Call question was "What is something you are thankful for?". Roll Call was answered by seventeen members. The Treasurer's report was read by Dylan Hosek. Hailey Palmer moved to pay Rebecca Dostal $61.27 for ground beef for walking tacos, $66.06 for food from the last meeting and $30.97 for printer ink to print monthly agendas, the motion was seconded by Mason Hosek. Aaron Snider moved to approve the Treasurer's Report, the motion was seconded by Hailey Palmer. Old business included Traer Find Out Night, Otter Creek Fundraiser and Club Officer Training. New business included Awards Night on November 13th in Gladbrook City Center at 5pm. There will be a potluck and everyone will be expected to bring one or two dishes to share. New Member Night is November 20th at 6:30pm at the Extension Office. Tama County Ice Skating party is November 20th from 2-4pm at the Toledo Court House. The entry fee is $2 or three cans of non-perishable food. Beef weigh-in is on December 26th and the snow date is December 27th. FSQA Testing for grades 7-12 is on December 29th from 5-8pm. The next meeting is on a January 8th at 4:30pm in the Heartland Co-op basement. The next meeting hosts are Dylan, Ryan and Mason Hosek. Hailey Palmer moved to adjourn the meeting and the motion was seconded by Aaron Snider. The 4-H Pledge was led by Tommy Weber and Hailey Palmer gave a presentation on the difference between farm fresh and store bought eggs.
