Humane Alliance brings spay/neuter event to Tama County

Iowa Humane Alliance (IHA) is taking appointments for their first spay and neuter transport for Tama. Partnering with Tama County Humane Society as the meeting location. Call 319-363-1225 to make an appointment. We will pick animals up at Tama County Humane Society on Thursday, April 20th, at 7am then bring them to our clinic in Cedar Rapids for their spay and neuter surgeries. Animals will be returned to Tama County Humane Society the following morning at 8am.

Iowa Humane Alliance is a Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor area non-profit organization dedicated to ending the animal over-population crisis and eliminating euthanasia of healthy and adoptable pets in Iowa. One of the ways they accomplish this is through the Iowa Humane Alliance Regional Spay/Neuter Clinic which offers high quality, low cost spay and neuter services five days a week for shelter, owned and free roaming animals.
