Buckingham Boosters September meeting

The Buckingham Boosters September meeting was held on September 10th at the Heartland Coop. President Levi Beenken called the meeting to order at 4:30pm. The Pledge of allegiance was led by Mason Hosek. Aaron Snider filled in as Secretary and read the minutes. Dylan Hosek made a motion to approve the minutes Ryan Hosek seconded it. Motion was approved. Roll call was "What is your favorite class at school?" was answered by 7 members. Dylan Hosek gave the treasurers report. Stan Miller made a motion to pay the outstanding bills, Dalton Kucera seconded it. Motion was approved.

Old business discussed was Iowa State Fair, reported on by Levi Beenken and Dylan Hosek, Little Hands on the Farm reported on by Mason Hosek, Serve N Slide reported on by Ryan Hosek, and Historian Book work day reported on by Mason Hosek.

New business discussed was re-enroll on 4-H online after September 15th. Dylan Hosek made a motion that the club pay $10 of each member's fee. Ryan Hosek seconded it. Motion was approved. October 1-7 National 4-H week scarecrow contest, we will make on October 1st at Heartland Coop. Wear 4-H t-shirt on October 4th .Otter creek fundraiser October 8 noon to 4 pm motioned by Ryan Hosek to sell walking tacos again, Aaron Snider seconded (passed). Record books are due today to Rebecca.

Election of officers were held: President: Levi Beenken, Vice President: Aaron Snider, Secretary: Stan Miller, Treasurer: Ryan Hosek, Reporter: Mason Hosek, Photographer: Dylan Hosek, and Historian is the Club.

Next meeting will be our Installation of officers and family potluck. Dylan made motion to have the club provide hot beef sundaes for the main dish at the Methodist church basement October 21st at 6:00pm.Seconded by Ryan Hosek (passed). The club will also provide drinks and tableware each family is to bring 2 side dishes. Motion to adjourn Aaron Snider and seconded by Ryan Hosek. Ryan Hosek led the 4-H pledge. This meetings host is Aaron Snider.
